We strive to provide you with the best possible service when donating online. Please understand, however, that there is no right to specific digital roof tiles and that we can only accept donations subject to the following legal notice.
The Culture Shelter is a fundraising campaign of the non-profit association Kunst und Kultur - Verein zur Föderung des internationalen Kultur- und Behindertenaustausches (hereinafter Kunst und Kultur). All donated amounts are transferred to a donation account set up by Kunst und Kultur at Bank Austria and used exclusively for the purpose of financing music projects at St. Stephen's Cathedral.
The donation amounts as published on the website www.kulturdach.wien apply. The donations shown do not include VAT.
Kunst und Kultur reserves the right to refuse donations without giving reasons, about which we will inform the sponsor immediately.
No right of withdrawal
All online donations are binding and cannot be cancelled or changed. We would like to point out that as a fundraising association we are not subject to the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (Distance and Off-Site Transactions Act). Thus, there is no legally standardized right of withdrawal for a donation made online.
For each online donation, the donor receives a donation code on his donation confirmation corresponding to the amount of the donation, with which the donor can claim discounts for concerts at St. Stephen's Cathedral. The discount applies to all concerts at St. Stephen's Cathedral with ticket sales where Kunst & Kultur - ohne Grenzen is responsible for the concert organization and tickets are sold online via www.kunstkultur.com. The following discounts apply:
- For each donation, the sponsor receives a 10% discount on two tickets for each concert at St. Stephen's Cathedral until the end of 2021.
- For every donation of € 100,- or more, the donor receives a 20% discount on two tickets for every concert at St. Stephen's Cathedral until the end of 2021.
- From a donation of € 1,000,- the donor will receive, in addition to the 20% discount, an invitation to an exclusive musical reception in the roof of St. Stephen's Cathedral with a tour of the roof tiles.
- For donations of € 10,000,- and more, Kunst und Kultur organizes an exclusive concert on the giant organ of St. Stephen's Cathedral for a maximum of 100 invited guests of the donor.
In the course of his online donation, the sponsor has the opportunity to enter data for publication on the digital roof tile chosen by the sponsor in the grid of the donation website. By entering their data, the sponsor explicitly agrees to the publication of this data.
Kunst und Kultur reserves the right to remove published data of a donor at any time without giving reasons, of which we will inform the sponsor immediately.
In the case of references, of whatever kind, to external websites ("links") that are not part of the donation website www.kulturdach.wien, Kunst und Kultur takes no liability whatsoever for the content of the linked websites.
